| Stained Glass Class
This class will be a work-at-your-own-pace setting. Experienced crafters are are available to help beginners and are encouraged to bring
their projects in process, and to contribute their expertise to the group in a partnering setting. Those with their own tools are
encouraged to bring them. There will be
a limited number of tools available for beginners to use. Stained Glass will be offered each Wednesday
from 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm.

Yoga
As a result of the overwhelming popularity, Yoga has been extended to include Monday and Friday classes which will begin at 10:00 am. The regular Tuesday and Thursday classes will continue at 10:00 am. Please bring your mat or something to lay on. The cost is $1. and the money is passed on to the Senior Center.

Chair Exercise
A new program combining chair exercise and yoga is being offered on Monday and Friday at 9:00 am and will last an hour. The sessions will include flexing, light weight lifting, stretching, balancing and isometrics. Participants should wear comfortable clothes, bring hand weights (recommended 1-3 lbs.) and a stretch band. While each person sets his or her level of intensity, all should be prepared to be challenged.

Beginning Computer and Beginning Internet Classes
Introduction to Computers, a basic beginners class is being offered by Sherry Swartout. It is a two day class for the novice computer user. An Internet Class is also being taught for those needing assistance in order to navigate the internet. This class is instructed by Paul Hatfield, our newest staff member. Both of these classes are in the computer lab at the Cypress House. Please call Ramona at 236-3038 to place your name on the schedule. You must register in advance for the classes.

| Mahjongg
Mahjong is a board game played with tiles for two to four players that originated in China. Mahjong involves skill, strategy, and calculation, as well as a certain degree of chance. Depending on the variation which is played, luck can be anything from a minor to a dominant factor in success. Barb Olson is the activity leader. A variety of styles can be played. Bring your board or come and learn how to play. The group will resume meeting

Line Dancing in the Oatfield Building
Paula Baker, who you may know from the Lyndell Building, is teaching a Senior or Beginning Line Dancing class on Thursdays at 11:30 am in the Oatfield Building beginning January 5th. Paula will be offering her classes during the winter months at the Oatfield Building and during the remaining months at the Lyndell Building.
